Services:
The Center has been founded in 1980 to help low income families who need employment and/or training. The Center is affiliated with St. Jude's Shrine. It is funded by the Child Development Division of the California State Department of Education. The program is subordinated to rules and regulations. The Center refrains from religious instruction or worship.
Our Philosophy:
We believe that each child regardless of race, color, creed, sex, disability, religion, or national origin deserves an opportunity to be in a safe and pleasant environment of educational experiences while the parents are away earning a living and developing their personal growth. Children will come to the center from various backgrounds, at different levels of maturity, different learning styles, and with their own unique ability to give and receive. It will be our responsibility to create experiences for the growth of development of each child in our program.
