Parish Registration

To register as a parishioner of St. Jude Shrine of the West
Please come Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm

Baptism Requirements

1.   Child's birth certificate

2.   Letter from a Catholic Church showing proof that both Parents and Godparents are registered as active members. If registered at St. Jude no letter required.

3.   Newborn children to six years of age may be registered for baptism at St. Jude Parish Office.

4.   Godparents may only be no more than two. They can be two single people or if a couple, must provide marriage certificate from a Catholic Church

5.   If parents or godparents cannot provide one of the above mentioned requirements we will not accommodate you in scheduling a baptism date until all requirements are met.

6.   If registered at St. Jude as an Active member a Donation (at your Discretion) will be accepted.

7.    For Non-Registered or Non-Active Members of St. Jude Parish a Convenience fee of $75 will be assessed.

                                                Pre-Baptismal Talk

*Spanish Pre-Baptismal Talks are held every Thursday at 7pm, there is a limit of 20 people. Fee is $15 per person. You must register a week before the class.

*English Pre-Baptismal Talks are held once a week at 7pm, there is no limit for this talk. Fee is $15 per person. You must register a week before the class

                                                     Presentations

               Presentations for children are held every Saturday during the 8:00am Mass. 
                             You must schedule at least one week before.  Fee is $25.

Sacramental Certificates

Requests for sacarmental certificates (Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation or Marriage)
can be made by clicking here where you can print and fax form to our Parish Office.
  Donation $5.00 will be greatly appreciated.

Wedding Requirements

  • Need to Schedule a Pre-Nuptial Appointment with a Preist nine months to a year in advance.
  • We will need Baptism, First Communion & Confirmation Certificates (Baptism certificates must be issued within six months prior to the wedding date)
  • Non Registered or Non-Active Members of St. Jude must provide a letter from their parish Pastor and pay $450
  • For Registered and Active Members of St. Jude the Fee is $250.00
  • An Additional $100 fee will be added if music is requested.  

Quinceañera Requirements

  • Quinceañeras are NOT a sacrament therefore it will be a prayer service and not a Mass, A deacon will be the celebrant and not a priest.
  • First Communion & Confirmation certificates are required.
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule the date.
  • A Service fee of $300.00 will be Paid for Registered and Active Members of St. Jude
  • A Service fee of $450.00 will be Paid for Non-Registered Members of other Catholic Parishes.
  • An $100 Fee will be added if music is requested.
